How long does it take for an order to be processed and delivered?
We get orders ready for shipment within 0–3 business days (Monday–Friday). High-demand periods may take a bit longer. Once shipped, parcels arrive in 6–11 business days (Monday–Friday).

What happens after I place my order?
After ordering, you’ll get a confirmation email. We review and prepare your package for dispatch. Once it leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear.

Which carriers are used to ship orders?
We ship via reliable carriers such as GO₂ Delivery, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier for your order will be shown in your tracking information.

What items are eligible for a return and how can I start the process?
Only items that are unused and in their original condition can be returned, with tags and packaging intact. Worn, damaged, or mishandled items are not eligible. Returns after 30 days cannot be processed. Start your return by emailing support@miami-style.com.

How are refunds issued and how long do they take to appear?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 days to show. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We’ll notify you once the refund is complete.

Can I exchange an item for a different size, model, or version, and how does that work?
Looking for a different size, model, or version? Email support@miami-style.com with your request. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Once we receive and check your original item, we’ll ship the replacement if in stock. If not, a refund will be issued.
