Miami Style is committed to processing and delivering orders in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures, estimated delivery timeframes, and conditions applicable to orders placed through our website.
Shipping Summary
- Orders submitted by 4:30 PM EDT on business days generally enter processing on the same day.
- Order preparation and fulfillment typically require 0–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Estimated transit time following dispatch is 6–11 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Standard shipping is provided free of charge for all orders delivered within the United States.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Upon successful completion of a purchase, customers will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Before shipment, orders undergo routine fulfillment procedures, which may include payment verification, inventory allocation, quality review, packaging, and carrier preparation. Under normal operating conditions, this process is completed within zero (0) to three (3) business days.
During periods of elevated order volume, seasonal demand, inventory audits, or other operational circumstances, fulfillment activities may require additional time. Any such delay does not affect the validity of the order and shall not be considered a breach of this policy.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the customer.
Tracking events are generated by the carrier and may not appear immediately following shipment. Customers should allow a reasonable period for carrier systems to register and display tracking activity.
Tracking information remains the primary source for shipment status updates after dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Following shipment, delivery is generally completed within six (6) to eleven (11) business days.
All delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are intended solely as approximations. Actual delivery dates may vary based on destination, carrier routing, weather conditions, operational disruptions, local delivery constraints, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Miami Style.
Delivery estimates should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery commitments.
Shipping Carriers
Miami Style works with established delivery providers to facilitate shipments throughout the United States.
Depending on the delivery destination, package specifications, and service availability, shipments may be handled by:
- GO₂ Delivery;
- UPS; or
- FedEx.
The carrier selected for a particular shipment is determined at the discretion of Miami Style. Carrier details will be reflected within the shipment tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Delayed Shipments
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, transit delays occasionally occur.
Customers who believe a shipment is delayed should first review the latest carrier tracking information and allow an additional two (2) business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe for carrier processing and delivery attempts.
If the shipment remains undelivered after this period, customers may contact Miami Style with their order information so that further investigation can be initiated with the applicable carrier.
Order Cancellation Requests
Customers seeking to cancel an order should submit their request to support@miami-style.com as soon as possible after purchase.
Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order enters fulfillment or shipment preparation. Once processing activities have commenced or the order has been released to a carrier, cancellation is no longer available.
Where cancellation is not possible, customers may remain eligible to pursue a return after delivery in accordance with the applicable Refund & Return Policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
If an order is received in a damaged condition, contains a defective product, or does not correspond to the item purchased, customers should notify Miami Style promptly upon receipt.
To facilitate review of the matter, customers may be requested to provide:
- The relevant order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Photographs clearly showing the item received; and
- Photographs of the shipping packaging where applicable.
Following evaluation of the information provided, Miami Style will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy where warranted.
