Shipping Policy
Important Order Info
- Same-Day Cut-Off: Orders placed by 4:30 PM EDT on business days are processed the same day. Orders after this time start processing the next business day.
- Preparing Your Order: We get orders ready for shipment within 0–3 business days (Monday–Friday). High-demand periods may take a bit longer.
- Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, parcels arrive in 6–11 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Costs: All United States orders ship free.
Tracking Your Shipment
After ordering, you’ll get a confirmation email. We review and prepare your package for dispatch. Once it leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to destination, weather, or carrier delays.
Delivery Partners
We ship via reliable carriers such as GO₂ Delivery, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier for your order will be shown in your tracking information.
If Your Package is Late
Check your tracking first and allow an extra 2 business days for delivery attempts. If your parcel hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number so we can help.
Order Cancellations
Email support@miami-style.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Orders not yet processed may be canceled. If processing or shipping has started, cancellation isn’t possible, but returns can be requested after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, email support@miami-style.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and guide you on a replacement or refund based on availability.
