Return and Refund Policy

Important Return Info

Eligible Items
Only items that are unused and in their original condition can be returned, with tags and packaging intact. Worn, damaged, or mishandled items are not eligible. Returns after 30 days cannot be processed. Start your return by emailing support@miami-style.com.

How to Return
Send us your order number, the item, and a short reason for the return. Include photos if there’s an issue. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and step-by-step instructions. Pack items securely, preferably in the original packaging.

Refund Process
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 days to show. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We’ll notify you once the refund is complete.

Exchanges
Looking for a different size, model, or version? Email support@miami-style.com with your request. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Once we receive and check your original item, we’ll ship the replacement if in stock. If not, a refund will be issued.

Order Cancellations
Email support@miami-style.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Orders not yet processed may be canceled. If processing or shipping has started, cancellation isn’t possible, but returns can be requested after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, email support@miami-style.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and guide you on a replacement or refund based on availability.
