Return and Refund Policy
Miami Style is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent returns process. The provisions below explain the circumstances under which merchandise may be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Return Overview
- Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
- Approved returns are not subject to restocking fees.
- Refunds are generally processed within seven (7) days following approval of the return.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping costs.
Items Eligible for Return
To qualify for a return, merchandise must remain in its original, unused condition and must be returned with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, washed, or otherwise handled in a manner inconsistent with normal inspection of the product.
Requests submitted after the expiration of the thirty (30) day return period are not eligible for return consideration.

Return Procedure
To begin the return process, customers should provide:
- The applicable order number;
- Identification of the item to be returned; and
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Where relevant, photographs may be requested to assist in evaluating the request.
Upon review and approval, Miami Style will provide the appropriate return address together with any applicable return instructions. Returned merchandise should be packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Whenever possible, original packaging should be used.
Items returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing or may be ineligible for refund consideration.
Refunds
All returned merchandise is reviewed upon receipt to verify compliance with the conditions set forth in this policy.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing is typically completed within seven (7) days; however, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the policies and procedures of the customer's financial institution or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Customers will receive confirmation once a refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Customers seeking an alternative size, model, color, or product variation may request an exchange by contacting support@miami-style.com.
If the exchange request is approved, return instructions will be provided. The replacement item will be dispatched only after the original merchandise has been received and inspected.
All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing. Where a replacement item is unavailable, Miami Style may, at its discretion, offer a refund or an alternative resolution.
Order Cancellation Requests
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact support@miami-style.com as soon as possible following purchase.
Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before an order enters processing, fulfillment, or shipment. Once fulfillment activities have commenced or the order has been transferred to a carrier, cancellation is no longer available.
Orders that cannot be cancelled may remain eligible for return in accordance with the terms of this policy after delivery has occurred.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Merchandise
If merchandise is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers should notify Miami Style promptly upon delivery.
To facilitate review of the claim, customers may be asked to provide:
- The order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the item received; and
- Photographs of the external packaging where relevant.
Following review of the information provided, Miami Style will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the claim and available inventory.
